Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or making a booking inquiry with Lazy J Sporting Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or written confirmation from Lazy J Sporting Club staff. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Deposits are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date, in which case a credit toward a future stay may be offered.
Conduct on Property
All guests are expected to follow safe and lawful firearm handling practices at all times. Guests must comply with South Dakota hunting regulations and any additional rules communicated by club staff. Lazy J Sporting Club reserves the right to remove any guest from the property whose behavior endangers others or violates applicable laws.
Liability
Participation in hunting, shooting sports, and other outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk. Lazy J Sporting Club, its owners, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities on the property, except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs, videos, and written descriptions — is the property of Lazy J Sporting Club or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
